OckiPro’s sustainability engagement diagnostic is designed to help organisations strengthen engagement processes, so that people know what their role in sustainability is and what actions they should be taking.

The diagnostic tool is designed to help organisations assess their corporate sustainability strategy and employee engagement in that strategy; identifying where good progress is being made, as well as where more attention is needed.
In the first instance, it is best answered by the person responsible for implementing an organisation’s sustainability strategy. Answer honestly to get the most from the prototype diagnostic.
The assessment should take around 20 minutes to complete. Those responding to the tool should know the information needed to answer most, if not all the questions. If not, you can just respond ’Not known’.
The first eight questions will help us to categorise your organisation so we can contextualise your responses and create benchmarks; questions 9-13 assess the current status of sustainability in your organisation, providing more context to your responses. The remaining questions assess your organisation’s capabilities in terms of planning, preparing, acting, embedding and measuring employee engagement in sustainability.
OckiPro will assess your responses and provide a feedback report.
OckiPro champion and leader members will have the opportunity to invite other departments to complete questions 9-21 generating a 360° view of engagement across your organisation.
We are trialling this tool with the aim of developing an online tool that will enable organisations to track progress of sustainability engagement over time and benchmark against others.
