A playbook to drive employee sustainability engagement

Ocki invites you to join a series of free roundtables to address this challenge. After a kick-off session on the overall framework, we follow up with Roundtable I to discuss the playbook’s:

• Scope & context – the questions that need to be answered before getting started; and
• Objectives, benefits and value proposition – what’s the commercial argument for engaging employees?

Additional meetings will address: 

• Roundtable II. Involving the right people & getting started (9 February 2-3pm GMT);
• Roundtable III. Strategies & process for connecting people to sustainability – knowledge & skills, tools & resources (23 February 2-3pm GMT); and 
• Roundtable IV. Measuring progress and success, targets, embedding practices and maintaining momentum (9 March 2-3pm GMT).
