Participating in this workshop will help you to:
- Overcome barriers to sustainability engagement
- Create the right environment and time to make sustainability engagement a positive experience
- Measure and celebrate successes
During the workshop we’ll spend 15 minutes talking to expert Lauren Mustill, of Grasshopper Talent, about her experience of employee sustainability engagement, and in particular how to inject fun. Participants will then have around 40 minutes to ask questions and provide their own thoughts on invigorating engagement.
Lauren is a proponent of the ’autonomy, mastery and purpose’ approach to employee engagement, and has 20 years of experience working with people and talent.
The event is relevant to leaders in sustainability, human resources, learning and development, and internal communications.
Discussions will be covered by Chatham House rules. Participants will receive a report with the meeting’s main outcomes, as well as a worksheet to put into practice what you’ve learnt.
