Participating in this workshop will help you to:
- Develop strategies for improving wellbeing through sustainability activities
- Avoid creating eco-anxiety when engaging on sustainability topics
- Tackle wellbeing concerns linked to eco-anxiety
The workshop will start with a discussion between Ocki’s Emma Chynoweth and Matthew Critchlow, managing director of Kirros Consulting, which provides training and development on wellbeing and performance. Participants will then have the opportunity to assess their own experiences on sustainability engagement and wellbeing and ask questions.
Matthew is a visiting research scientist and lecturer at the University of Westminster; managing director of Kirros Consulting; and facilitator and coach specialising in leadership development, wellbeing and resilience.
Matthew has over 15 years’ experience in designing and running programmes to enhance employee wellbeing and performance in organisations including Nationwide Building Society, the Home Office, the Crown Prosecution Service and Imperial College London.
The event is relevant to leaders in sustainability, human resources, learning and development, and internal communications.
Discussions will be covered by Chatham House rules. Participants will receive a report with the meeting’s main outcomes.
