Emma has over 35 years of experience in the information sector, specialising in the impacts of chemicals in products on human health and the environment in B2B publishing. Before co-founding Ocki, she worked as chief customer officer at Chemical Watch, where she learned how listening to customers is the best first step to creating products that address their challenges and needs. With this experience, she set out to develop a new platform that works with non-specialist audiences, such as consumers and employees, to provide information and support across the broad and complex landscape of sustainability.
