Measuring

It's important, but difficult, to measure the impacts of sustainability engagement. Repeat use of the sustainability engagement diagnostic and employee engagement surveys to chart progress. Use the data to inform where extra efforts are needed and where you can legitimately celebrate successes. The cycle rolls on. Use your measurements to inform the next stages of your planning, preparing, acting and embedding activities.
